HVAC Maintenance Falls into one of two Categories:

Reactive Maintenance
Emergency servicing rarely brings the system back to peak efficiency. Operating costs continue to rise. You are subsidizing inefficiency and premature obsolescence – even the destruction of your mechanical system.

Proactive & Predictive Maintenance
A proactive maintenance program maximizes your system’s efficiency. Your operating costs remain level. Your system’s life increases. Comfort is as designed. Many service companies call a filter change preventive maintenance (PM). This is not the truth. For recommended maintenance take a look at the manual that came with your HVAC equipment. You will see that much more than a filter change is required!

Test & Inspect – Filter Change & System Check (Commonly Referred to as PM)
We do not usually offer this service. This is only half of a true PM program.

24-Hour Commercial HVAC Emergency Service

Star Services Heating & Air Conditioning offers emergency repair service for its commercial customers 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Typically, we respond to emergency calls from commercial customers within 2 business hours. Customers requesting emergency service by 2PM are assured of same-day service.

Of course, the best emergency repair call is the one you don’t have to make. A good PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE program can eliminate the need for most costly emergency repairs.

But when you need emergency repair, Star Services Heating & Air Conditioning will be there for you!

Planned Preventive Maintenance

Assured Service Programs (ASP)

At Star Services Heating & Air Conditioning, we provide complete and proactive maintenance. These programs are custom-tailored to meet your specific needs. The coverage varies based on the program you choose, but the high level of quality Predictive and Proactive maintenance is the same.

Programs Offered

Gold Service: This is our highest level of service. Under the Gold program, all expenses are covered, up to and including equipment replacement. With this program, our technicians are given the permission to replace any questionable items, reducing the high cost of emergency response and down time. See the attached ASP Inspection list for complete detail of the maintenance we perform.

Gold Service, Excluding Non-Maintainable Items: Under this program, all items are covered with the exception of those that cannot be maintained. Examples of non-maintainable items are coils, heat exchangers and encasements. All other items are covered and replaced if they fail or appear that they will soon.

Silver Service: This is purely Proactive and Predictive maintenance. With this program, we perform the same scheduled maintenance as with the Gold program. Afterward our Technician will provide you with a list of items that need attention. We let you decide if you want to replace worn or faulty items, at additional cost.
